Over a decade walking alongside people who decide where to place their capital. As co-founder of a boutique real-estate firm, I take part in every key decision of the project: asset selection, design, legal structure, and market positioning.

My role isn't to sell properties — it's to filter what deserves your attention. Before showing you anything, I review the corporate structure, the developer's track record, and how the investment lines up with your long-term strategy. No noise, no pressure, total discretion.
